The hilly regions of Uttarakhand today received fresh spell of snowfall whereas the lower regions including capital Dehradun, received rainfall. <br />'' <br />'' The snowfall in tourist destinations like Mussoorie, Dhanaulti and Nainital among others affected the daily routine of the locals but it was a boon for the enthusiastic tourists who flocked these regions. <br />'' <br />'' Occurrence of hailstorms were also reported from Dehradun and other regions. The entire state is in the grip of cold wave.<br />''
