<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">In Uttarakhand, the portals of Badrinath shrine located in Chamoli district were closed for the Winter, at 3.33 PM today with Vedic chanting and full rituals. With the closing of Badrinath Portals, the Chardham Yatra concluded for this year in the state. For closing of the portals, the Badrinath Shrine was heavily decorated with 15 quintals of Marigold flowers. Devotees in large numbers arrived to witness the occasion. This year, more than 18 lakh 16 thousand pilgrims visited Badrinath Dham. It may be recalled that the portals of Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham have also been closed for the Winter season.</span></p>
