Hotel Restaurants and Dhabas have been given permission to operate at 50 percent capacity. Night curfew would continue from 10 PM to 6 AM. People of other states coming to Uttarakhand without being administered both doses of vaccine would be required to produce RTPCR negative report which should be less than 72 hours of the time of arrival. </span>
