<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttarakhand, Kanwar Yatra has been suspended following the Corona pandemic. According to officials, Chief Minister Trivender Singh Rawat discussed Kanwar Yatra through video conferencing with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath. <br />''<br />''During the discussion, chief ministers reached the common consensus to suspend the Kanwar Yatra in view of COVID 19.  However local people will be allowed jalabhishek as per  COVID 19 guidelines. Kanwar Sangh and sadhu sant  are also in favour of  suspending the Kanwar Yatra. Meanwhile Akhada Parishad had met Chief Minister Rawat and discussed the upcoming Mahakumbh Mela next year in the month of February keeping in view COVID 19.</span><br />
