In Uttarakhand, the Nainital High Court today reserved its judgement on the disqualification issue of 9 rebel Congress MLAs, till the coming Monday. <br/><br/>After hearing the pleas of both the sides, Justice U.C. Dhyani, heading the single bench of the Court, said that the hearing in the matter has been completed and he would pronounce the judgement at 10.15 A.M. on 9th of May.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, both the BJP and Congress have issued whips to their legislators to vote on the party lines during the trust voting process in the State Assembly on Tuesday, May 10. <br/><br/>
