Uttarakhand High Court has refused to quash the FIR registered against Mr Balkrishna, a close associate of yoga guru Baba Ramdev by the CBI. However, the stay on his arrest continues. Meanwhile the court has ordered that Bal Krishna would not leave the country and would cooperate in the investigation when and where required. It said that till the time the charge sheet is filed in the case Bal Krishna’s Passport would be in the custody of High Court in Nainital. The CBI had filed the case against Balkrishna alleging that he had furnished fake documents for obtaining the passport.
