In next hearing Senior Advocate CA Sundaram will put his argument on behalf of nine rebel Congress MLAs.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal today heard the petition submitted by the BJP Chief whip, Madan Kaushik, on show-cause notice issued to BJP MLA Bhim Lal Arya under the anti-defection law for allegedly violating the party whip in the state Assembly on March 18. The speaker adjourned the hearing till 28th of this month.
