All three officers were part of a group of IFS Probationers that had gone on a tour to Spain, Finland and Russia and had returned to their training institute inside the Forest Research Institute campus in Dehradun last week.<br />'' <br />'' After confirmation of the three cases, the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA) premises has been ordered to be locked down by the District Administration and the new hostel premises where the probationer's stay has been declared as a quarantine zone. <br />''
