In Uttarakhand three persons were killed and four others injured when a explosion took place in an oxygen gas plant in Bahadradbad industrial area of Haridwar district this afternoon. According to District administration the injured have been admitted to a hospital, where the condition of two of them is stated to be serious. Meanwhile an FIR has been lodged in the police against plant owner.
