In Uttarakhand three persons were killed and four others injured when a explosion took place in an oxygen gas plant in Bahadradbad industrial area of Haridwar district this afternoon. According to District Magistrate R Meenakshi Sundram the injured have been hospitalized. Meanwhile rescue and relief work is in progress.
