In Uttarakhand, the Durga pooja festival is being performed with tradition and custom amid Covid guidelines. As per reports, a large number of devotees performed POOJA ARCHANA in temples across the state from early morning. Devotees were seen wearing masks and maintaining social distance while visiting the temples. In Haridwar, pilgrims offered prayers at Manasa Devi, Chandi Devi, and other big and historical Devi temples after taking bath in the holy river Ganga.&nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;<br />''In the Capital Dehradun, devotees are not allowed to participate in Aarti and other rituals.
