BJP today welcomed the Uttarakhand High Court Division Bench order staying tomorrow's floor test in the state Assembly. Party Secretary Shrikant Sharma said it has offered clarity and removed the uncertainty caused by the order of a single judge bench yesterday. He attacked Congress over the political development in the state saying it has been caught in its own trap and should not blame the BJP for President's Rule. He said no government can be run when a majority of MLAs are against it. Mr. Sharma added that the governor's report also mentioned about the horse trading involving the then Chief Minister Harish Rawat.
