Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna today filed his nomination papers from Sitarganj Assembly constituency soon after the notification for bypolls was issued. By-elections will be held on July 8. Our Correspondent reports that former BJP MLA Kiran Mandal who had resigned last month to facilitate Mr. Bahuguna to enter the Vidhan Sabha, was also present at the time of nominations. However, the main opposition Bhartiya Janata Party is yet to declare its candidate against Mr. Bahuguna.
