Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat has accused BJP of trying to destabilize the democratically elected Government by the use of money and power. In a press briefing in Dehradun today, he said, the demand to remove the Governor is completely condemnable. The congress has decided to take this issue to the public, he added.<br/><br/>The Chief Minister appealed to the people of Uttarakhand to think seriously on whether the future of their State will now be decided by policy, planning, development programmes and public service or by sting and horse trading.
