In Uttarakhand, at least eight people are feared dead due to cloud burst in Uttarkashi district and rain related incidents in other parts of the state. Heavy rain lashed many places in the state since last night affecting normal life. The weather department has issued warning of heavy to very heavy rain in Uttarkashi, Dehradun, Chamoli, Pauri, Nainital and Pithoragarh districts for next 12 hours.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports that in Uttarkhashi, following the cloud burst five persons are missing and three dead bodies have been recovered so far. Search and rescue operation is going on in affected areas. Three other persons are also reported dead in rain related accident in other parts of the state.  Incessant rain following landslide has also strike at Chardham and Kailash Mansarover Yatra. Meanwhile, School will remain close in Pauri, Chamoli, Dehradun, Bageshwar, Nainital, Almora, Pithoragarh and Champawat districts tomorrow in view of weather .
