<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttarakhand, two labourers died and 6 labourers were injured when the foundation of an under-construction bridge collapsed near Narkota on Rishikesh-Badrinath National Highway in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. Two of the injured labourers have been referred to the base hospital in Srinagar, while the two injured are being treated at the district hospital in Rudraprayag.</span><br />
