<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttar Pradesh, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has announced 53 candidates out of 58 seats that are going to polls in the first phase on 10th of February. Party chief Mayawati in a conference said the party will finalise the candidates on remaining 5 seats in a day or two. She also said misconceptions are being circulated about her not being fighting elections. She clarified that she has been a four time MP in Lok Sabha and a member of Rajya Sabha for three times and an MLA for four times in Uttar Pradesh twice each for Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council.</span>
