In Uttar Pradesh, all arrangements are in place for the second phase of assembly elections on 55 seats tomorrow. Out of these 55 nine seats are reserved for scheduled castes. These 9 districts are Saharanpur, Bijnor, Amroha, moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Badaun and Sambhal. The alliance partner of Samajwadi Party Rashtriya lok dal is contesting only on 3 seats in this phase. All eyes are on Rampur seat from where Samajwadi Party stalwart Azam Khan is contesting. The only Muslim candidate of BJP alliance Haider ali Khan contesting on the symbol of Apna Dal is challenging Abdullah azzam son of Azam khan from suar seat of Rampur.
