In Kerala, CPIM State Secretary Pinaray Vijayan has said that the use of helicopter by KPCC President Ramesh Chennithala for the election campaign is unfair. He said since Chennithala is contesting the cost of the same should be included in his poll expenses. Meanwhile, the scrutiny of nomination papers will be done tommorow and 30th is the last for withdrawals.
