Usain Bolt proves his fitness ahead of Rio Olympics

Ahead of next month's Rio Olympics, Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has proved his fitness at the Anniversary Games in London by dominating the Men's 200 metres race.The six-time Olympic champion clocked 19.89 seconds to finish first. Alonso Edward of Panama was second while Britain's Adam Gemili was third.Bolt's performance comes days after he missed the Jamaican trials earlier this month with injury.Bolt won Gold in both 100 and 200 metres races at the London and Beijing Olympics, and will defend both titles in Rio.The fastest 200 metres time of the year is 19.74 seconds set by American LaShawn Merritt. Bolt's world record is 19.19 seconds which he had set in 2009.
