US has welcomed the resumption of talks between India and Pakistan which begin in Islamabad between the foreign ministers of two countries in July. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters in Washington, Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs P J Crowley again ruled out any third-party mediation between New Delhi and Islamabad. Mr. Crowley said, India and Pakistan are neighbours and the nature of bilateral relationship is ultimately up to them. <br/>
