Official figures show unemployment rate in the United States fell in November to 10 per cent from 10.2 per cent in October. <br/><br/>Employers in November cut the fewest number of jobs since the recession began in December 2007. 11,000 jobs were lost over the month, compared with 190,000 the month before. <br/><br/>The total was far fewer than had been expected by most analysts. Payrolls have fallen every month for almost two years, but this year, the pace of decline has slowed sharply.
