US President Donald Trump has said that the America will keep a permanent presence in Afghanistan, with 8,600 troops initially, even after a deal is reached with the Taliban.<br />''<br />'' In an interview to Fox News radio, President Trump said they are going down to 8,600 and then they make a determination from there.
