US President Barack Obama has announced 33 billion dollars of investment in Africa. At a US-Africa summit, he said there will be increase funding for a project to provide electricity to African homes and businesses. He said the United States was committed to helping Africans, especially women and small and medium enterprises to get their goods to market.
