US President-elect Donald Trump has said that he will simultaneously repeal and replace the signature health care programme of outgoing President Barack Obama. Addressing his first press conference in six months, Mr Trump alleged that Obamacare is a complete and total disaster. <br/>' <br/>He said pending negotiations with the Mexican government, his administration will immediately move ahead with its plan to construct a wall along the southern border to keep out illegal migrants and Mexico will reimburse it. Mr Trump said Vice President-elect Mike Pence is leading an effort to get final approvals through various agencies and through Congress for the wall to begin. But Mexico has said it will never pay for the wall.<br/>'<br/>Claiming that the US is least prepared in defending its cyber assets resulting in various countries, including Russia and China, Mr Trump vowed to come out with a major anti-hacking plan within 90 days after he assumes office on January 20.
