President Barrack Obama says the United States will begin pulling out its troops from Afghanistan in July. President Obama says the United States will promote reform and support transitions to democracy in West Asia. In a speech in Washington, he said the future of the United States is bound to West Asia by forces of economics, security and fate. On the Palestinian issue, President Obama said the borders of Israel and a Palestinian state should be based on pre-1967 borders with agreed swaps. Referring to Afghanistan, President Obama said we have broken Taliban's back and will start bring our troops out of Afghanistan in July after years of war against Al-Qaeda and its allies. He said we have dealt Al-Qaeda a huge blow by killing its leader Osama Bin Laden.
