The two sides are said to be at loggerheads over the issue of when foreign forces might leave Afghanistan.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Before entering into agreement to any withdrawal, US is demanding the Taliban to put in place security guarantees, a ceasefire and other commitments like dialogue with the Kabul government and other Afghan representatives.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The insurgents say, they will not do any of these things until the US announces a withdrawal timeline.</span><br />
