The US State Department has said, North Korea has not shown interest in pursuing talks on its nuclear and missile programs. The statement comes after Secretary of State Rex Tillerson acknowledged that Washington was communicating directly with Pyongyang and probing the possibility of talks. <br/><br/>State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said in a statement that the North Korean officials have shown no indication that they are interested in or are ready for talks regarding denuclearisation.<br/>Mr Tillerson made the comments in Beijing after meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and some top foreign policy officials.
