US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Washington today. They discussed Syrian and Ukrainian issues. <br/><br/>They also discussed the "de-escalation zones" inside Syria that Russia, Iran and Turkey agreed to create last week. Lavrov and Tillerson are scheduled to meet President Trump at the White House later today.
