The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Kolkata on Sunday on a 3-day visit to India. She is due to meet the West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee at the Writers' Building on Monday. Matters of mutual interests including US investment and FDI in retail sector are likely to figure in the talks.

Mrs. Clinton will visit the Victoria Memorial and attend function organised by the Indian Council of Cultural relations on Sunday. Strict security arrangements have been made for Mrs. Clinton's visit.
