US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov are meeting in Swiss city of Lausanne today to discuss a ceasefire and peace process in Syria. <br/><br/>Turkish, Saudi, Qatari and Iranian Foreign Ministers will also participate in negotiations. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, the United Nations has said food, fuel and medicine are running out in eastern Aleppo and there will be no rations to distribute from the start of next month.<br/><br/>US President Barack Obama has directed his national security team to renew diplomatic efforts to address the issues in Syria.
