The American Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has said that the United States, Russia and China have agreed a draft UN resolution for further sanctions against Iran. <br/><br/>She said, the draft resolution could be circulated among members of the UN Security Council later today. <br/><br/>She said, she believed, this announcement is a convincing answer to the Iranian efforts over the last few days.<br/><br/>The announcement is significant as it comes a day after Turkey, Brazil and Iran reached a fuel swap agreement which, they said, removes the need for further sanctions against Iran. <br/>
