United States has reiterated its plan to withdraw from the Paris agreement on global warming. <br/><br/>A senior US delegate attending the 23rd conference of the parties (CoP23) in Bonn, Germany on Monday said Washington's position has not changed since the president's announcement. <br/><br/>However,the envoy said that the US will continue to participate in ongoing negotiations on the accord's implementation. <br/><br/>This is the first major global climate change conference since President Donald Trump announced in June that the United States will pull out of the accord if a better deal is not secured.
