In the US Open, women's singles final will be played between Sloane Stephens, who shocked 9th seed Venus Williams this morning, and Madison Keys. In the first all-American women's Semifinal, Stephens, playing after returning from foot surgery, defeated the two-time champion Venus, 6-1, 0-6, 7-5. In the other semifinal, Madison Keys of US defeated fellow American CoCo Vandeweghe 6-1, 6-2. In the women's doubles category, India's Sania Mirza along with her Chinese partner has entered the semifinal. The duo defeated the Hungarian-Czech pair of Timea Babos and Andrea Hlavackova 7-6, 6-4.
