Nadal has stormed into the final of the event for the first time in his career, easing past Russia's Mikhail Youzhny 6-2, 6-3, 6-4. Belgian Kim Clijsters won the women singles title yesterday beating Vera Zvonareva of Russia 6-2, 6-1.
