The United States has said it will not apologise to Pakistan for its unilateral military action against al-Qaeda Chief Osama Bin Laden at his hideout in that country. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said in Washington that the United States make no apologies about that. Carney said, Osama Bin Laden was enemy number one for America and had killed many innocent civilians. Pakistan had on Tuesday termed the US commando operation in Abbottabad that killed Bin Laden, as an unauthorised, unilateral action without Islamabad's knowledge.Carney also said, Bin Laden was a relic of the past, in many ways. He said, the kind of yearning for individual freedoms seen in protests on the streets of the Arab world in the past few months represent a movement that is in the polar opposite direction that Osama Bin Laden and al-Qaeda wanted to take the Arab world.
