National Security Adviser of USA HR McMaster today met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and reviewed bilateral ties and the situation in the South Asian region. Our correspondent quoting sources reports that India's NSA Ajit Doval and Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar were also present in the meeting at the Prime minister's residence. <br/><br/>Earlier, Mr McMaster and Mr Doval held detailed discussions on Indo-US relations especially the security aspect of the ties.<br/><br/>The US NSA arrived last evening from Pakistan, where he met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and some top officials. As part of the South Asia trip, he also visited Afghanistan before travelling to Pakistan.
