The United States on Thursday made public a condolence message for the deaths and injuries of Pakistani soldiers involved in the September 30 air strike at border outpost in Kurram tribal region in Pakistan.The message was sent by the Americas top-most military official to army chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani.The measure is part of the efforts to ease tensions with Pakistan over a cross-border NATO air strike that killed three Pakistani soldiers.
