A US Government agency that deals with reconstruction in Iraq says the country is more dangerous now than a year ago. The US Special Inspector General for Iraqi re-constructions, General Stuart W Bowen Jr. said the killing of US soldiers, assassination of senior Iraqi figures as well as bombings and attacks on the green zone of Baghdad had risen considerably.
