<span style="color: #212529;">The US embassy in Dhaka donated 9.6 million doses of the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine to Bangladesh on Saturday. Announcing this on social media, the US Ambassador to Bangladesh Earl Miller said that the vaccine has been donated to Bangladesh for the nationwide vaccination programme. With this, the US has donated over 28 million doses of the COVID 19 vaccine to Bangladesh. Ambassador Miller said that millions more are on the way and the US will continue to stand with Bangladesh in the fight against COVID 19.<br />''&nbsp;</span><br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The delivery of Pfizer vaccines is part of the United State's commitment to lead the global COVID 19 response by donating a billion doses of vaccines around the world through 2022, said the US embassy press release. It said that the US continued to work with Bangladesh in its nationwide COVID 19 vaccination campaign and strengthen the government's response to the pandemic. The US has provided training to over 7000 healthcare providers on the proper management and administration of vaccines. Till date US has contributed over USD121 million in COVID related development and humanitarian assistance through its various agencies like USAID and others.</span><br />
