US President Donald Trump and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi have vowed to work together to fight Islamic State militants. The meeting between the two leaders was held at Oval Office in Washington yesterday. Talking to reporters after the meeting, President Trump said both sides would cooperate to fight against terrorism. The Egyptian President appreciated President Trump for standing strongly to counter this evil ideology. It was the first White House visit by an Egyptian leader since former President Barack Obama hosted Hosni Mubarak in 2009, before the upheaval that ousted Mubarak.
