The United States says it is determined to further develop a positive relationship with China. President Barack Obama made the remark after he received the credentials of China's new ambassador, Zhang Yesui in Washington. Mr. Obama said that the United States is willing to work with China to build a positive, cooperative and comprehensive U.S.-China relationship for the 21st century.
