A US court in Alabama has dismissed harassment charges filed against the Indian IT company, Infosys by one of its American employee.US District Judge Myron H Thompson's two-page ruling last night brought an end to a long drawn case against the Infosys. Finding no basis to support any of the charges labled by petitioner Jack 'Jay' Palmer, the judge also imposed costs on the petitioner.Soon after the judgement, Infosys said last night's decision confirms what the company has been saying from the beginning that Palmer's claims of retaliation were completely unfounded. In a statement, the company said, Infosys is a company built on core values that include leadership by example, integrity and transparency.
