The US Senate has approved extra sixty billion dollars funds for continuing military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Most of the money will be paid for the deployment of thirty thousand additional troops in Afghanistan announced by President Obama last year.The legislation still needs to be approved by the House of Representatives.
