A senior analyst at a top American think tank has lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pace of economic reforms, saying his government has made 37 sector reforms in just over three years. <br/><br/>Richard M Rossow, senior adviser and Wadhwani Chair in US-India Policy Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a top American think-tank, said, the Modi government's openness to foreign investment, in addition to domestic reforms and other external factors, has resulted in a foreign investment boom in India. <br/><br/>Rossow wrote in a policy paper that looking at its entire tenure in office, the Modi government is liberalising India's FDI regime faster than any of its recent predecessors.
