Government today informed that Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh is leading in Swachh Bharat awareness campaign in urban areas while adding that final results of Swachh Survekshan-2017 will be announced in January next year. <br/><br/>Aligarh has scored the maximum marks during the evaluation of Information, Education and Communication activities by the Urban development Ministry. The other cities in the top ten are Vasai-Virar in Maharashtra, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Chandigarh, Madurai in Tamil Nadu and Rajkot in Gujarat.
