Lok Sabha today witnessed noisy scenes between Opposition and treasury benches on the Punjab issue. After the Question Hour was over, the Congress members reiterated their demand of dismissal of Punjab government on the issue of dalit atrocities in the state. Jyotiraditya Scindia raised issues of atrocities against dalit and women in the country. <br/><br/>After Speaker Sumitra Mahajan allowed Akali Dal leader and Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal to speak on the issue, the opposition members belonging to congress, TMC and RJD staged a walk out. <br/><br/>Ms Badal said the unfortunate incident was a consequence of rivalry between two groups. She said Punjab government has taken immediate action against the culprits and have also arrested some people. Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu blamed the Congress for inventing new issues every day for disturbing the House. <br/><br/>Speaker said she is ready to discuss all the issues raised by members to ensure smooth functioning of the House.
