The members of treasury and opposition benches in Karnataka Assembly almost came to blows over the issue of illegal mining today. <br/><br/>The heated argument began after the Speaker adjourned the house to Monday. Both Congress and BJP members exchanged heated arguments.<br/><br/>Thereafter speaking to the media persons, the Leader of the Opposition Siddaramaiah alleged that the four BJP Members including the Reddy brothers threatened them of dire consequences if they step into Bellary. <br/><br/>He said that they will lodge a complaint against these Members in the police station and also with the Speaker. Chaos reigned in the House on the issue of allowing Janardhan Reddy to clarify his point.<br/><br/>After four days of prolonged discussion on illegal mining on the floor of the house, the Chief Minister replied to the points raised by the Members.<br/><br/>Thereafter, when he asked Tourism Minister and mining baron Janardhan Reddy to clarify about allegations made by the Opposition benches, there was opposition to it. At this stage the Speaker adjourned the house.
