Haryana Assembly today witnessed uproar over moving of a privileged motion against the Leader of opposition. <br/><br/>The motion was moved by ruling party MLA Aftab Ahmed agianst Om Parkash Chautala for allegedly misleading the House by making a false statement during budget discussion on Thursday. <br/><br/>This is third privilege motion moved against chautala during this session.<br/><br/>Speaker Harmohinder Singh Chatha admitted the previlege motion moved by Congress MLA Aftab Ahmed who contended that Mr Chautala had made a false statement on the floor of the house by claiming that the government had given 1386 acre HSIDC land out of 1500 acre to a private company for 370 crore rupees, acquired by government for 1500 crore rupees and open auction of nearby for acre land at much higher rate ie for 290 crore rupees.<br/>
