<span style="color: #222222;">In Himachal Pradesh, upper reaches has received fresh snowfall while some parts of the state experienced light rain. Shimla city also received light snowfall flakes this morning. Met Department has forecast Snowfall and rain at isolated places of high and mid hills over the next two days. Weather department has also issued a yellow weather warning of thunderstorm with rain and hail at few places of plain and low hills  for today as well.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The minimum temperatures across the state increased by one to two degrees Celsius, whereas the maximum temperatures decreased by three to four degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, tribal Lahaul and Spiti's administrative centre Keylong continued to be the coldest place in the state at minus 5 degrees Celsius.
